What credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted: Visa,
MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club,
as well as UK debit cards Solo and Switch.

What payment options are available?
You can pay online via credit or debit card. Online ordering is secure and
the fastest way because the order is processed immediately. Other options include
phone,
fax,
check,
wire transfer, and
cash.

What currencies do you accept?
You can buy most products in the following currencies:
US Dollars, Euro, Pound Sterling, Australian Dollars, Japanese Yen,
Canadian Dollars, or Swiss Francs.

I need an invoice. How can I obtain it?
When ordering online, you have the option of printing your own invoice.
Click on "Print Invoice Version" in the lower left corner of the page displayed last.
You will also receive an e-mailed invoice together with your order confirmation.

How long does it take to obtain the license after I purchase a product?
Usually the license is sent to you within one hour from the moment we receive
a payment confirmation. In some cases it can take longer, but no more then 24 hours.

I paid online but have not received my payment confirmation yet.
In some cases transaction authorization can take up to several hours.
An order may not be processed immediately due to some inconsistencies of
the information provided within the order, the card rejection at the credit card level,
and other factors. In this case immediately after the order you will receive an email
stating that the order cannot be processed automatically. A support member from ShareIt!
(our payment processing company) will review the order manually usually
within a 12 hour period, and inform you about the result. If you do not receive
any further emails after 12 hours, please
contact us
providing your order ID to obtain its status.
