System Requirements and Installation

Before running the installation procedure, make sure your system meets the following minimum requirements:

• Intel Pentium 100 or higher
• 64 Mb RAM
• Hard disk space 5Mb
• VGA or higher resolution monitor
• Mouse or other pointing device

• Windows XP or Windows 2000*
• Microsoft .Net framework
• Visual Studio .Net or a C# compiler**

* The product should work under other Microsoft operating systems that support .Net. Please send us an e-mail if you encounter a problem using this product under other operating systems.

** Visual Studio .Net or a C# compiler required to compile the generated files.

• Unzip the file to a directory on your hard drive.
• Remove RapTier from your system before installing a new release using your Add/Remove Programs control panel.
• Run RapTierSetup.msi by double-clicking on its icon.
• Follow instructions on the screen.
• RapTier is ready to use.

To remove RapTier from your system, use the "Add/Remove Programs" application in Control Panel.
